Ximena in particular does what she says she will, by when she says she will. Dependable competence is so great in a management company. Almost sorry to be buying again!

After 5+ years of them giving us so many excuses for mismanaging our multiple properties (even before the pandemic), and not being able to maintain a tenant we decided to go with another property management company and its amazing how things changed for best within just within 2 years. We then found out they use unlicensed labor, are rude to tenants, and dont make the simplest accommodations such as dropping off keys for tenants. Instead they make them drive to another town over 6+ miles away to pick up keys. They have levels of services and theyre notorious for not responding to emergencies. They cut too many corners at owners expense without communicating. Overall poorly run and managed. Dont trust them if you want to protect your property. This review is to steer other property owners from using their services. Theyre not cheap but they offer cheap quality services. Almost every single one of our units tenants had gone to management for issues because RPM wouldnt attend to them. Its clear from reviews here that our tenants were not the only ones affected. This is not fair and this could get landlords in big trouble in todays world.
