      Brett,We apologize for what happened. Our technician used the same setting's she has been using throughout all your appointments. Since you are always tan, she made sure to keep the setting's the same. I’m sorry but you didn’t have scars before when you did the past treatments. The marks like that are results of the sun exposure too soon after the treatment. From the picture you sent us, it looks like discoloration, which can be treated with a skin resurfacing laser. We already refunded you but if you would like to come back in and fix the discoloration, we would be more than happy to take care of you. -CN Medical Aesthetics & Wellness
