I had a very complicated case as I am living in a house that somebody bought in a foreclosure auction. John Norkus was very thorough in his research and approach to a unique case such as this. John was attentive and always responded to communication within a 24 hour period. I found John to be very knowledgeable about eviction laws, and prepared me for every possible scenario that I could have faced. I would recommend John to anyone facing a landlord/tenant eviction case.

I am very disappointed with John. He was very helpful on my 1st eviction, the second one he filed in November 2021. The Judge signed off 3/28/22 and last week I called the sheriff's office and he has yet to take the paperwork to the sheriff's office I had to do it myself and now the office phone is off

Worse service I have ever received. I paid for John to represent me as the landlord in eviction court back in February. The last time I spoke with John was in April and he has magically disappeared. Im out of $751 and ton of loss rent with terrible tenants in my property. I will never use him again!

John Norkus has been very unresponsive with keeping me up to date with what's going on with my case and now his personal cell and business phone are both disconnected. I believe he may have gone out of business because I tried to go to the office and apparently there isn't one anymore
