Chris Collins - State Farm Insurance Agent

My wife and I have been with Chris Collins office for many years. Chris and Rob Adrahtas are very kind, knowledgeable and understanding to our policy needs. Rob always assisted us quickly when we purchase new cars so we can get the new coverage on the new purchase right away. We truly trust not only Mr. Collins office as well as State Farm in general. We love being apart of the State Farm/Mr. Collins's family and look forward to many more years to come with this team and company for our policy needs.

I would strongly recommend Chris and his team for your insurance needs. I was personally working with Gino from this office, and he was very knowledgeable in explaining the different types of products they offer. They went out of their way to answer all of my questions and I was told to call anytime if I have anymore questions.

SIMPLY AMAZING! I have been with this agency for over 3 years now. It started with a single Auto policy, now I have all my insurance with them including multiple auto, homeowner, landlord, personal liability, for 1 simple reason: They have the best team and best customer service, period. Unlike other agencies who sell you the policy then you have to deal with the big insurance company for everything else, the team at Chris Collins continue to take care of you long after the sale. I have had a couple of incidents related to auto and home, and I didn't bother to call State Farm. I just called the agency and they took the time to explain everything to me and went out of their way to help. Everyone I have talked to / communicated with (Lori, Patty, Daryl, Drew, Michael, Sheri and Chris himself) were all super helpful. Lori even went out of her way to help me find out answers about a situation I had in my rental condo. And they have such a great internal system / process that I can end up talking to multiple people on one issue and they all know what's going on and don't miss a beat. I never had to repeat myself to multiple people. The team at Chris Collins made me a believer of the value of a good agent even in this day and age when you can go online and buy an insurance in 15 minutes without talking to anyone.
