312 Flooring

We used 312 Flooring when we first moved into our new home and have absolutely no regrets. We first had the usual "catchy jingle" big stores come in for estimates before 312 so we could properly compare estimates and see what we were looking for. Everyone from 312 absolutely blew us out of the water. While carpet quality and installation times were comparable, the process was much smoother, and the people much more friendly. We had the 2 "Jingle" companies first and it was all about "Buy this" "Look at this sale" "sign here asap if you want the deal" etc. 312s representatives took the time to know our needs, wants, and budgets to offer thoughts and recommendations as the experts. They actually seemed to care to our needs rather than just pushing a sale. That all being said, installation was smooth, easy and they took care of everything for us. We are a few months in and the carpets are still like new and nothing negative to report! Thank you for everything!

Peter is great! The crew was great/efficient/clean.. the job was done fast after the initial consult. I would recommend them and use them again!! the carpet looks great!

They were able to fit me in on a tight timeline! And the floors look great. The phone responsiveness is great, and they explain the options really well. The installers were fantastic. The rate did change from initial quote to contract, but there were no additional charges after that, though we were warned there could be additional need for leveling, which can't be known until the old floor is up. 312 Flooring did a great job refinishing the original hardwood floors in my home and installing new hardwood floors on the second floor. The new floors upstairs look fantastic, and the refinished floors look like new. Peter the owner is very knowledgable and is great at talking through all the available flooring options, explaining pros and cons of each, and helping the customer figure out what would work best for their situation, while considering the budget.
