You've heard of the saying "No pain no gain". That doesn't apply here. Upon entering the surgery for a tooth extraction, Dr. Cheryl Chin informed me about the procedure that involved the removal of my tooth. I had the anesthetic to numb the pain and before you know it the tooth was painlessly removed. Yes there was a little blood but that was taken care of with a strategically placed gauze. There was a follow up courtesy call later to ascertain how I was feeling and a few days later my gums settled down and all was well. Thank you Dr. Cheryl Chin and assistants.

Dr. Gayle is a nice lady, BUT she SLANTED the MOLD to make a BRIDGE, then she did NOT ADJUST the bridge properly when it was in my mouth. I brought my mother back with me, only then did she adjust the bridge properly. She took the PERMANENT BRIDGE OUT OF MY MOUTH (which was glued with temporary glue) and made me a NEW Temporary BRIDGE, which was ALSO SLANTED!!! Dr. GAYLE KEPT MY PERMANENT BRIDGE. DR. GAYLE OWES ME MY MONEY BACK. SHE NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY and LEFT ME with an INFECTION. Why did Gayle do this SLANTED BRIDGE? She wanted to remove all of my crowns and redo all of them. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

Great dentist office! Have anxiety about dentist which led to avoidance for quite sometime. The staff here treat me with respect, free of judgement, and create a calming comfortable environment. They are skilled in not just cleanings and exams but tooth extractions and root canals (gave me a pain free easy to heal root canal). Take a range of insurance and provide the highest level of care.

This office is awesome. I broke a tooth on a holiday weekend and they got me in late on a Friday, helped me out and rushed an appliance in to temporarily help until my implant could be finished. They took their time to make me comfortable, were very personable and I could not be happier with them. I highly recommend them.

I have been seeing Dr. Gail for 15+ years. She truly cares about my teeth and makes going to the dentist enjoyable. I have been traumatized from some previous dental work and every time I go to Dr. Gail I know I am in good hands. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I only have high recommendation for Dr. Gail. If I could give more stars I would. I cant thank her enough.
