My experience with Opaa Clean has been excellent, they do a thourogh job of cleaning, including floors and even my three double sliding glass doors leading to my balcony. I have been with them at least a year and will continue having them. I've had other services but not as good as Opaa Clean.

I have no idea who has written these reviews, but I can tell you that my experience was the worst experience Ive had in 20 years of having people come to my home. The person who runs this company is doing this part time. And I want to be clear. My home has barely any furniture in it. It was in very good condition because we had been working on it. 3 cleaning people were supposed to show up at my house at 10 AM. Two cleaning people and one supervisor. One person showed up at 10:30 AM and said it was her first day. She had a small bag of cleaning supplies that she took out and put on my island. They were Fabuloso and some off name brands. I tried to contact the owner and when I returned to my kitchen, the cleaning person had left. I was told that she had an emergency and had to leave. An hour later a second person showed up and then at 12:30 PM the third person showed up. They confirmed that there shouldve been three people on the job and the third person who showed up confirmed that she wasnt supposed to come today because the owner Yianni didnt want to pay for transportation cost for this job. He wanted $380 for me to clean a 2800 square-foot home with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 working baths for a deep clean. But when short on staff, he couldnt pay someones transportation cost. Good business move. I felt bad for these two women. They had not been trained, they had no proper tools or idea how to clean shower glass, stainless steel sink, etc. When I ask if they had something more than a soft cloth to clean the kick plates on the stairs they suggested an SOS pad. I said please dont do that because youll take off the paint. I started helping. I started sweeping cleaning. Im 57 years old and my husband is 50. We work hard at our jobs and the last thing we needed to do was clean this large house at last minute when the people said they were going to clean it didnt. We have had to re-clean almost every surface that they touched. Almost 2/3 of my house was not clean because there was not enough people and they didnt have enough time. The owner had the audacity after four hours of trying to reach him to text me back and offer me 10% off on my next cleaning. Are you kidding?? Over a 2 1/2 week period the owner and I went back-and-forth on text . I was very clear on what needed to be done, and he agreed with everything saying it was included in a deep clean. Not one windowsill, not one window, and only the baseboards in two of 18 rooms were cleaned. Half of my master bathroom was cleaned and the shower glass was left cloudy because they didnt have the proper cleaning supplies. The glass cleaner they used from the dollar store left streaks and weve had to re-clean anything they use that on. There is large drops of grease above the stove that were not cleaned. My husband and I have spent hours and hours cleaning and still have hours to go. There are so many cleaning services out there that do a great job. I dont know who has written these five star Google reviews but I can tell you based on the responses from the cleaners that were here and my experience, and the tone of those Google reviews they are written by one person and its not people of had an experience with this company. highly advise you do not use this company because they are not true to their word, they did not do the job that they promised, and the way that they treat their workers is not right. No one should show up at someones house like this ill prepared to do a job. Just awful. And on top of it, the owner takes no accountability. He simply gave excuses of why the two women had to leave because they had to pick up their children. Of course they have to pick up their children. Thats not the problem. The problem is is that you sent workers that had no experience with bad supplies and you didnt send enough people with experience and proper tools cleaning can go on and on but quite frankly I am only writing this so I can cause Im sitting down for the first time in the last two hours, and I am so angry that I am having to do this
