7/2022 5* The doctors and staff in this building are all fantastic. From the greetings by Colleen on the first floor all the way through the top. Staff is on their game and always willing to assist wherever they can. Great hospital for the kids and the doctors are fantastic here!

I have been going to this hospital for the past three years with my three year old and now started taking my newborn as well. At first, everything was fine, but then "miscommunications" (as they call it) started to occur. Last month, I had an appointment for my infant and I called a few days in advance to see when it was because I hadn't gotten a reminder. Their response was, "Your appointment was canceled and we don't know why. Sorry for the miscommunication." So I rescheduled. A month later, I had a second appointment for my infant. I was running late (as we often do with a toddler and infant), and called to let them know. I have never been late for the past three years mind you not. I was told I have 10 minutes grace period. I got there just in time and they tell me, "Oh. It's actually 7 minutes. Our calls go to the call center so they got it wrong." Needless to say, the doctor did not want to take my infant in and what they said was.. yes you've got it.. "Sorry for the miscommunication." But hey.. it's ok for us to wait 30 minutes in the waiting area for them to see us. It's ok for our appointments to be canceled without notice, but it's not ok for us to get the wrong information and then not be seen by the doctor. Definitely never going back to Yacktman Pediatrics again.
