Time Bank

I was a prior Chase customer and now I finally found a bank that is not going to have me on hold for hours or make me go through transfer over transfer only to get transferred to customer service again. Great over the phone and personally even better in person. Very knowledgeable, kind, and hard working people working there to helping me on any of my banking needs.

Time Bank has been working with me and my team for commercial lending on projects in KY and IL now for over three years. They have been excellent partners and always go out of their way to provide good service. On the three deals we've done with them, financing has never been an issue -- even in situations where the deal came down to the final few days for us to gather banking requirements. Would highly recommend TB for commercial lending!!

I walked in for maintenance on my account and the representative at the front door just looked at me and raised her eyebrows. I greeted her and told her I just wanted to close my account. Too many banking options for service like that.
