Westbridge Apartments

Dont move here my apartment has flooded 3 times since Ive been here. They only sent someone to clean the carpet not replace it so it has a mildew smell. Also they have a facility fee but no amenities???? And want you to pay it but cant state where in my lease it says i have to pay it with my monthly charges that are stated. I refused to pay and the office manager Jennifer told me she will refuse to take me rental payments because she couldnt show me where it stated I have to pay $70 facility fee . Oh and you have to pay for parking and for your guest to park.

I love how quick I was able to get approved! I love the landlord ! Very Nice & Greeting! I got a home gift when I moved In! The plan is to stay as long as I can :) 10/10

Jennifer the property manager is rude and speaks to the residents in a very condescending tone. Rent increases like crazy. Supposed to be luxury apartment homes LOL. We have NO amenities. No washer & dryer in unit. No swimming pool, fitness center, common area, playground for the kids, or dog park. And to add to that, we gotta pay for visitors to spend the night which is crazy since we pay rent to live here. Packages are stolen, people hanging out in the parking lot playing loud music, cars being broken into, people having fist fights in the yard, smoking marijuana in the front inside the buildings, obnoxious loud neighbors. This complex has changed for the worse since Bender Companies took over.

Was working with someone to apply for a spot and it was clear they were only interested in receiving the application fee money.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst place to live!! Hallways are disgusting, leasing lady is rude, and plenty of the residents complain about mice!!
