I lived in the garden apts @ 725 Burnham Drive. The first 3 years were ok as far as the living conditions. We had no roaches or mice but the last year became horrible all of a sudden the building became mice infested. The only solution management (Alicia)could come up with was to ask us if we wanted to get a cat to help with the mice infestation. Management & the building is horrible and they have the audacity to put it on my credit report knowing the apts were deemed unfit for living by the Will County Housing Authority Department.

Ive lived here 5 years the office staff is always nice and helpful maintenance keeps the hallways clean

I enjoy my apartment it pretty updated the staff is helpful and respectful maintenance is good in fixing problems

Im not sure who they have on here leaving good reviews but its all a lie. Looks good when you see it but when you live in them disgusting and the management is just as terrible.Management has poor attitudes and will lie to you until they turn blue in the face. They called and asked me did i move out days after my lease supposedly expired, I still had 2 months left. Never did they ask if i was renewing or anything. My window from the outside has been broken since the summer and still yet to be fixed and now its winter so the breeze is crazy. And they control the heat so its always brick cold unless you want to run your comed bill up. The roaches are out of this world and im not a dirty person at all no dishes garbage or anything left to attract and they still are ridiculous. Ohh and the migrant crisis thats were having right now well they are housing them all with help of their cleaning crew who are the only ones who speak their language.
