As previous employee, the upper management plays favorites and any complaints regarding poor work conditions or situations are usually ignored till either money is an issue or the inability to correct/cover up standing issues becomes prevalent. As long as day shift looks golden for the customer visits, the night shift gets left in need of proper staffing and lack of managerial detail. Also, corporate interests and the plant interests seem to diverge resulting in incompetent coordination. High turnover rate.

Very goofy operation for truck drivers picking up a load. U sign in and go back to truck and wait. Nobody knows you signed in. U have to pray that some one walks by clipboard and tells you where to go. Waited 40 min then friendly guy told me where to go. Fast to load.
