The realitor was there with me the entire way. He touched base with me often. Even after the property was transferred, he was still there. I have since come to him for advice and direction on my remodeling. He has never hesitated to offer advice.

Completely botched appraisal and charged $450. Missed square footage of house by 300 feet, marked Moweaqua as urban, compared houses over thirty minutes away, with one quarter of the yard. Had to explain four times why he was doing an appraisal. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE this incompetent individual to do an appraisal for you. I would definitely do zero stars if I could.

Worst service Ive ever had. Messed up my appraisal causing issues with a refinance. After numerous calls about the problems he offered a full refund which I never received. I have a fully finished, drywalled, heated, air conditioned basement with a full bath that his appraisal shows as unfinished. Have 2 outbuildings with concrete floors and power and a 1 car garage that arent on the appraisal that he claims wouldnt add any value even if they were included. All of his measurements of my rooms were wrong plus the property size he shows on the appraisal is less than half of what I own. I own 1.5 acres and his appraisal shows less than .5 acres. Lots of luck to anybody that chooses this worthless business.

We were supposed to close Friday morning and thanks to the neglect in communication and getting us paperwork late, we had to reschedule our closing. As of Friday, we sell our house and will be homeless...we have a 5 month old baby a 3 and 4 year old so this was important to get turned in today and because he neglected to answer our call or return any calls its put us in a serious pickle. When I did finally speak with his daughter, Kelli the second time she was unprofessional and unkind.
