In my opinion everytime I have had to engage with this company even on simple issues has turned into a frustrating nightmare. Dealing with this management company was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with . Each time I have to communicate with them...they were curt and border line disrespectful. They refuse to give me their phyical address so I could ovrernite a letter. They were rude and very insensitve toward trying to solve my problem. They refused to consider all sides of any issue. In my opinion Alliance Property management needs to be replaced immediately. I would never hire them for anything. Lets vote them out

Chris is absolutely incompetent. I have been dealing with the main drain in the building backing up into the ground floor unit. Water is filling up the HVAC ducts and he cant understand why. He beyond his mental capacity in that job and needs to go. Overall staff is grumpy and unhelpful. Never calls back when they say. Next steps are legal remedies.

Chis is a horrible Bully. They don't respect the voting members of Ronne Tree #6. Alliance property management , Chis being the manager treats his employer's the voting members with the worst disrespect when we call in with problems. Chis has a problem following the Bylaws his statement they are old. NEVER!!! even think about using this Management Company so many of our best Condominium owners are moving because of this management company. I only gave them one star because I had to pick one. He also makes threatening remarks at meetings. God please help us!!!
