        I had Tony from Quality Carpet Cleaning come out to clean my carpets today. They were long overdue. I had stains from my pets and just from being older carpeting. Tony had given me a time frame when I booked the appointment and even called when he was en route to let me know more closely what time hed be at my home. He looked over the areas that I needed done, explained the whole cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing process to me. He did not try to upsell me on additional services. He was thorough, efficient, and answered all my questions and concerns. And best of all my carpet now looks AMAZING!! I have found my new carpet cleaning service-hands down.
