Ive had a wonderful experience. Everyone that works there they are wonderful and sweet. Whenever I call them they answer me no matter what they are doing. They have been patient with us and has helped my father in law after he had his stroke back in October. They treat there sick patients like family and will always be happy to help us. I highly recommend coming Here. Thank you for everything you do.

this facility is extremely unprofessional, i had my grandmother with dementia stay here and it was the worst experience for her and my family. they would skip over her medicine time after time, the times they did give it they put her eyedrops in the wrong eye which cause irritation and swelling. she was there for a broken hip and not once met with the physical therapist. she sat at the nurses desk all day long in a wheel chair hunched over extremely uncomfortable on her neck and back the nurses let her sit there and cry because they thought as long as shes in sight shes fine as shes crying in pain. this was traumatizing for her and my family now that shes finally out we went through the medication we were sent home with and sure enough there were 3 different patient medications in the bag with their full name on it this has to be against hippa. these workers are completely uncoordinated and untrustworthy. i would sit there hours of the day with her as i would leave i would double check her noon medication was given they would lie to my face and say yes when i was with her the entire day i know that they were not doing what needed to be done.

SHAME ON THIS PLACE WHAT IF THEIR FAMILY OR THEMSELVES WERE MISTREATED LIKE MY COUSIN OR ANY OF THE FAMILIES I READ ABOUT.I AM A RETIRED CNA AND I WOULD HAVE REPORTED EVERYONE TO THE BOARD. MY ADVICE TO FAMILIES WHOM HAVE A LOVED THERE TAKE VIDEO AND CONTACT A NURSING HOME NEGLECT LAWYER. BLATANT NEGLECT THEY DON'T EVEN TRY TO FAKE IT IN FRONT OF VISITORS. I REALLY WISH I COULD STAND OUTSIDE THIS PLACE WITH A BIG SIGN SHAME ON YOU BRIA.
