        The menager Matt working in the office seem to have a good deal with the tow company. In the rules for parking, they don't want to state that you can't park in the guest parking lot of another property. And there is no Scenic tree visitor parking sign on the Scenic tree property, only a visitor parking sign. The manager from the office does not want to do anything about helping the people who live in the Scenic tree property. His deal with the tow company seems to be much better, so he is not interested in helping people, and that is his main job to take care of the better living conditions of the people who live in the Scenic tree property. His response to offering help is get a lawyer and sue me if I don't do my job right. This manager's office needs to be changed very soon, they don't help people like this.

        THE WORST APARTMENTS. PLEASE avoid these apartments! they are terrible! We have lived here for more than a year, the location is good, the service is so bad. There are constant problems in the apartments, there is often no heating, and the apartments are cold - the windows are blown by the wind, the windows are so terrible that when there was frost, ice was covered from the middle of the apartment on the window. also when there were strong winds - the window broke. asking the office to do something is a waste of time. For the last three weeks we have had a problem with the ceiling, water is leaking from the roof and onto the floor in the apartment. 2 times the master came from the office, and twice he simply threw the snow off the roof! and did nothing! We are waiting for 3 weeks to do it. today they have too many complaints about the leaking ceiling and they dont have time to deal with it, and they just closed the office and dont answer the calls. Also, earlier we had a car towed from the parking lot, although there was a sticker where everything was written, but in pencil, since they do not work on weekends, and guests came to us.

      Please understand that we do not have the authority to dictate the rules of other properties than our own, therefore all visitor parking signs on our property are for our property only. Towing companies are a separate entity and if parking rules are violated, violators may be towed. Please know we care about the experience of our residents and we regret that you received the opposite impression. At your convenience, please contact the office to speak with us directly.
