        Ive had a wonderful experience so far living at Green Oaks. Ive been here for 7 months and every maintenance request Ive made was very promptly handled. Management had been very professional and kind! I havent had a single issue and love my unit and neighbors.

        Horrible customer service. They said no apartments available over the phone when I called several times, but when I visited the office in person they had several options available. The staff have attitude and rude. They definitely don't like neither their job nor tenants. Why their management still keep such horrible staff. Garbage people.

        Everything was going fine until winter hit. I have to call maintenance everyday because my heat keep going out. This is ridiculous me and my kids freeze in the middle of the night Ill be speaking with the manager tomorrow this has been going since the weather has gotten cold. Im super frustrated here it is another late night and Im up due to no heat got to keep the stove on until maintenance come.

        The property manager is racist and rude as hell. Very unprofessional and distasteful management. Dennis needs a better attitude towards potential tenants
