        Contractors Beware: Owner refused to pay for services rendered for temporary repairs to door. Had uneven concrete causing door hinges to bend while in use causing hinge to come off of door. Our company re-secured hinges to door as temporary fix so the location could open for business, and suggested store have concrete repaired and hinges replaced once repaired. Now store refuses to pay for services rendered claiming door was not fixed. Next steps contacting BBB & IL Attorney Generals Office. If they're cutting corners with paying vendors, I can only imagine what other corners they are cutting running their business.

      Fix it fast in Crestwood, was contacted to do a repair on our door. We have always been open for business, we never closed down because of our door issue? As you stated someone did come to take a look, door was left completely the same. Your guys took it off to see the issue? & put it back on leaving it exactly the same. Your company was supposed to have someone come fix the issue with the door once the concrete was cut down which it was. You are charging us $350 for a job that couldn’t be completed. We aren’t the first people you do this too, as I seen on your profile after this you gave us this review. Our door is still not fixed because your company was supposed to do the job, but hasn’t. I will be contacting a different repair company to fix the issue. And I would advise anyone that is wanting work done to steer clear from your company and it's shady work practices, I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint.
