We waited a bit for the staff to seat us (2 adults with 5 children) even though they were slow and the waitresses were staring at us. When my sister voiced her concern, the waitress told my sister to calm down & relax. The waitress that did wait on us was very sweet but the other waitress continued to smirk at us while we dined. It was super uncomfortable. When I told the hostess that the waitress was rude, she told me I had to call Frank. Rather than say that she was sorry that we had an unpleasant experience, she said that I had my hands full. When I spoke to Frank, he told me that his waitress told my sister to calm down because she didn't like her tone. $76 for mediocre food and a ton of attitude. My advice is to spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

I always go here and have been coming here for years. That changed with my last visit. My total was around 43 dollars so I tipped 6 dollars which was about 12% and when I sign the paper I draw a box around the tip and total so nobody can adjust it. A few days later I noticed my total final was 59 dollars and some change. This means someone wrote a 1 on the signature sheet, after I left, this is the last time I will be going here. I loved this place and now I hope people check their accounts and make sure its correct

CHECK YOUR TIP! They added 10$ tip to our already 10$ tip and when we requested to talk to the manager we where basically told that we where lying and when we said we wouldnt be returning we where told that we have more costumers that come to this restaurant so thats fine. Very disappointing customer service.
