Terrible practice and Megan is an uncaring person and nurse practitioner. Luckily my doctor has left the practice and I can now see him at his new practice. I was forced to see Megan a few times, worse bedside manner and shes a horrible person in general.

Be very careful with the call center there was a gentleman by the name of Luis Franco Pretending to be the administrator of course we all know that the administrator of a facility does not book I had a bad experience with one of the female workers there she was very rude and disrespectful to me so that made me rude and disrespectful to her I get a call back from this gentleman stating that he was the administrator and they would cancel my appointment because their policy you can't talk disrespectful to the call center person however but it's okay for her to laugh and giggle and make fun of me I am going to look into this because this person Luis Franco should have not call me back at all I will take legal action with theses people should not have called me pretending to be that ministrait' s

Ive been going here for a few years now and the level of service has declined dramatically in recent months. Referrals are constantly being put in wrong or just not being put in at all. Ive been on the phone sometimes for thirty minutes to talk to someone. Dr. Dickerson and Jennifer working the front office were the only saving graces, but I just cant do it anymore. Avoid going here. Also, it says on Google and their website states they are open at 9AM, but you call them and the automated service keeps answering saying they are closed.

My wife just received a bill from them FIVE YEARS LATER.. We also had a poor experience with the provider with terrible bedside manner. We can't even remember the name since it was YEARS ago
