        Let me tell you if I could give zero stars I would. Ali was very rude, lacked great customer service, and didnt seem to be knowledgeable about plans or even promotions. He even told us wed walk out with phones that day we opened an account with T-Mobile. Which towards the end he said let me go check. Walked into the stock room and directly out saying I havent checked inventory in a while we dont have any phones.and proceeded to have his manager take over to order our phones. Which then we wasted three hours at this T-Mobile and left TO CHICAGO RIDGE T-MOBILE AND XAVIER HELPED US THERE. Do not go to this palos T-Mobile and if u do make sure youre not working with Ali. Xavier at Chicago has ridge is the man to see!!

        Went in to the store regarding an issue on our account and Jack and Damien went above and beyond to get on the line with a tmobile rep and Assurant rep repeatedly to help resolve an issue. The patience and level of customer service from them is extraordinary! I 100% recommend this store and will not go to any other tmobile store other than this one. They definately deserve a raise!!!

        Went in around 7:00 pm on 1/29/2024. I work until 6 and my screen was cracked. My job requires a phone so I couldnt wait until I was off. T-Mobile closes at 8 I was told they had 0 iPhones in stock. Turns out I talked to the manager and its on recording that he said they did have them in. A Hispanic female on the heavier side and a crackhead looking blonde hair girl did not want to do there jobs with 1 hour left of closing. Instead they lied and told me they had 0 iPhones in stock. Avoid this certain location!
