        I would like my insurance lowered. My agent is kind and helpful. I would like to have help with my electric switch and garbage disposal which went out during from the rain storm.

        I submitted a storm damage claim on May 1st, 2023 and absolutely nothing has been done. Water continues to come into the basement when it rains or snows and the damage is far more worse than it was originally. This company is a sham and should be ashamed of itself.
