Called back in June as a new patient, left message, no return call so initiated another call. Spoke to person who put me on list for call back in October to schedule cleaning. October nearly over and no call back. They dont seem to interested in new patients so guess Ill look elsewhere.
Hope theyre better at returning calls to existing patients.

I highly recommend Dr Rick McKane. I have been going there for about 4 years now. I've had several crowns done as well as a root canal. All were done pain free and efficiently. Dr. McKane really knows what he's doing, and does an excellent job.. This practice has 3 dentists and several hygenists.
He belongs to just about every dental insurance network. I've had 3 different dental insurance carriers, Aetna, Ameritas, and Cigna; all 3 dentists are in network. The office bills the insurance company directly, and I just pay my portion as specified by the insurance co.

The front desk staff is absolutely HORRIBLE. A bunch of young girls with attitudes and no professional ethics what so ever. They are beyond rude and treat people horribly. They are lazy and dont want to do their jobs so they put you on hold for 20+ minutes. I was going to be a new patient but forget that. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB not only because of the mistreatment by staff but they are racist and discriminatory based of your last name.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Rick McKane now for more than a decade. We have had anything done from regular cleanings, to fillings, to root canals, to crowns. Each time, the experience has been excellent. Dr. Rick and his staff take the time to explain everything in great detail with any questions I have. I highly recommend his services.

Met Dr. Rick 36 years ago, been a patient (and friend) for 35 years (when I moved here from Colorado). I wouldn't sit in another dentist's chair!! Not only is Rick cordial, concerned and caring, he's one of the best at what he does and always puts my mind at ease when there is a dental issue!
