I'm so glad we chose D&M for the dumpster! Their prices were very reasonable and arguably more importantly, their customer service was AWESOME! When I called for service, they were like talking to old friends who prioritized wanting to do whatever they could to accommodate our parameters and they delivered. They arrived as scheduled and really went above and beyond our expectations!!! Thank you for making this process so effortless -- highly recommend!!!

They are amazing!!! The service was excellent! Dave & Tasch went above and beyond the get us the dumpster on Friday and get it today Saturday. After the other company never showed up. Dave delayed his trip to go see his son's hockey game, to help us out, we had all the family in town for Labor Day weekend to clean out my parents home, the other company stop taking our call after 11 am yesterday . Highly recommend! Thank you guys!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company!! As a contractor we had an emergency need and the boss himself rerouted a container to our job site last minute on a holiday weekend! Than came and picked it up SAME DAY even though he was having a truck issue he was scheduled to get fixed. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Thank you very much.

Everything was perfect. Super helpful and knowledgeable on what we were allowed to and not allowed to put in the dumpster. Arrived on time and picked up quickly. Will use again.

Their service is outstanding! Had a project with a rough start and natasha was very understanding of my situation and was able to help me along the way. Delivery was prompt and communication is spot on. Will definitely call again if another project comes up in the palatine area.
