        I sew everyday in my business Illuminescent Design, Inc. and I can not tell you how much I loved the service I got from Dustin and Amy. Dustin is amazing and got everything right. He fixed 4 of my machines, all different brands, and they work perfectly now. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

        I texted my sewing machine issue and Dustin contacted me about an hour later. He had me send him 2 photos and he was able to diagnose the problem AND he sent me a link so I could purchase the needed part. Gave me tips and pictures of what to do. And he charged me NOTHING for his time and knowledge! I have never had such wonderfully thorough service in my life! I highly recommend this company and I almost wish I had a bigger problem just to give him my business. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

        Dustin came to me, spent time fixing what a local big sewing store claimed to fix and undid damage they did! Hes was also 75 cheaper AND he drove to me! He has my business going forward!!!!!
