Aperion Care was my dads final home. He spent his final week on earth there under the care of the awesome staff at Aperion Care. Nurse Nancy we LOVE YOU and words can not express how thankful we are that we found this place and how greatful we are for the enormous support provided to us during this difficult time. Ive seen staff dancing with residents, playing games, laughing and having fun with the elderly residents. Ive seen employees cry by my dads bedside while trying to take care of him and keep him comfortable during his last days. The nurses were always on top of my dads medication and had absolutely amazing communication with Hospice and us. THANK YOU!!! And God bless you all!

Folks, take your loved ones elsewhere. Administrator the "new" heavy set hispanic woman (Jennifer), has verbally abused and threatens her nurses all the time to work over while . They are understaffed and are constantly cutting the budget to save costs at your loved ones expense! She will be reported as the company itself! Take your loved ones elsewhere! Nurses care immensely but administration does not and is the problem!
1st floor should have 2 nurses, not 1 for the patients that are on that floor. 1 nurse to 34 patients, some with conditions that require more care. Shameful, just want more money in the pockets all while bringing so called administrators that have no experience whatsoever in the field!

Worst place ever,we had our mother there.never enough staff.my mother had bruises on her and they would say its under investigation and nobody would ever call us back.They never return phone calls.my mom was afraid of a certain male cna.when she went in there she was in a 2 bed room and when we were able to visit her with this covid shut down we went there and they put her in a 4 bed room without even telling us.every time we went there they had her so doped up she could not even stay awake.Thank god we got her out of there.Just the first week we had her in a new home you can tell she was so much happier and not doped up.please be very cautious with that place.

Pretty good place, but needs work staff needs to pay more attention on actions of residence, there's a woman there that she walks into other residents rooms lays in there beds etc she needs to be watched more, also I think they should approach residence just to see if they need to go to the bathroom or need anything, one day i was there that resident was playing with the cups on the nurses cart dropped some on the floor then I seen the nurse pick them up and put them back on the cart that is germy residence use those with this virus happening u can't visit ur family member which is understandable and safe for them but I at least want to be able to talk to them but the 2 ND floor either doesn't answer or have u on hold and forget about u shouldn't be ignored especially at this time we
need our family and they need us this just wrong. since my last review, if u love ur family member this is not the place for them my mom had bruises on her more than once she was scares of a male cna and always drugged up which was unnecessary,which was reported but nothing was done,. residents were not checked on enough, Everytime I left there all's I could do is worry that should not be, we finally got her moved out of there she was much happier and was even alittle better at the time it was nice to visit her NOT drugged up and we could actually leave there with no worries. I DONOT recommend putting ur family in this place,
