Will did an awesome job cleaning our patio. From start to finish, our experience with Magner Power Wash was just what we were looking for. He explained everything that would happen, was super responsive and made our patio look like night and day. After he finished, he took the time to go over a few things and mentioned other areas of service we would need in the near future, and also recommended a few other companies we are in search of. If I wash your house you better have a pair of sunglasses on when you come out to look at it. That thing will SHINE!! I own Magner power wash! Were on year two and were having a great time! Seriously, ALL of our customers have been happy with the work we have completed!! If youre curious as to why you should call me up for an estimate: Im extremely knowledgeable in the subject of softwashing. What sets me apart from 90% of the other companies is that I have spend THOUSANDS of dollars on education inside this industry, and Im plugged in to ALL of the forums so that I can follow EVERY topic that comes up inside the industry. That way I constantly learn from HUNDREDS of other business owners mistakes (from all over the country), so that I can avoid making them myself. The constant learning has given me a great capacity for foresight, which helps me prevent potential problems for my customers. I really do have the highest level of education inside softwashing. -and that matters when youre spraying various detergents on hundreds of types of building materials on YOUR home. Thats the big part that matters when hiring a contractor to wash the house IMO. I also always show up on the day I schedule, and I always show up on time (+\-30 min window if Im grabbing coffee that day). You have my word that Ill take care of you if something goes wrong; and rest assured, I dont drink, smoke or do any types of drugs so you wont have a crackhead working on your home!
