This is an update to a post I made a week ago regarding an old gift card that I tried to use a couple of weeks ago. After a misunderstanding regarding the gift card that I was told was out dated and therefore unusable...Luke Chandler (The Manager) went out of his way to correct the error. He sent me a deeply apologetic email as well as a voice mail. To correct the misunderstanding, he honored the gift card as well as discounted the product that I was interested in. To top it all off, in order to make it convenient for me, he went out of his way to deliver the product to my work! Luke was very professional and handled the situation with outstanding character. We are so glad we found a teacher as patient and friendly as Luke. Our son is on the spectrum and he had enjoy his piano class since day one. Luke had done a great work with our son! He love to play piano and the most important for us is that he love the 30 minutes he spend at the piano with his teacher. We love to see him Laughing and learning at the same time. Luke had help him get confidence and always encourage him to get better with every piano lesson.

I started taking piano lessons at The Music Room when I was a kid and it was great. Then I took a break during high school and college. When I wanted to pick up lessons as an adult again it was my first thought to go back to. The staff is friendly and my teacher is great. Hes very knowledgeable and is great with pivoting our lessons. Also their group adult classes are fun to do if you want to try an instrument.
