Steve Vels was very important to me in making my first homebuying experience a pleasant one. Through every step of the way, he was patient and helped explain things to me. Not only was he patient and thoughtful of my comfort level throughout the entire process, he was also very prompt to answer calls/emails. Not all lenders are the same. Steve matched a major competitor's rate and also stood out as the better option with his kindness and personality. My previous review indicates my dislike for there actions. Their legal department has corrected the wrong they committed.

I am a first time home buyer and very naive in this process to say the least. Steve not only took the time to work around my busy work schedule, but to also educate and guide me through each step of this process so that I was aware of all my options each step of the way. Both him and his team definitely made this process less overwhelming for me as a first time buyer and better prepared for if/when I ever enter this process again.
