My son was getting aba therapy here..the staffs and the bcba was so nice and thoughtful..very accommodating to all our needs and condition...he improved a lot for past 3 Years...

Collected all my data barely spoke to my child weeks ago and they are ghosting me no. The therapist came into my home and I feel we were absolutely discriminated against too, But Im not a crybaby about that. Let her discriminate I dont care.They could see we need help with ABA therapy with my son and they just disappeared. After collecting the data. I suggest if youre going to work with this place be very very careful, I dont think some BCBA have licenses

The person I spoke to that coordinated my childs care never told me how much it would cost for services . She also said therapy would start two weeks after I submit the diagnosis .Everytime I called even after her therapist came for the 2 hour meeting she didn't know how much or how I would be billed she kept saying when insurance approved I will tell you. I asked the therapist that came she didn't know either., Veena never told me about pricing.I got a statement from my insurance later and they billed multiple days not just the 2 hours. When I called to ask about the billing Veena said other parents know about the way it works you don't .! Yeah exactly why I am calling .She is now saying they do not have a therapist available in my area. Why bother sending someone out ,then saying you don't have a therapist in this area? That is bad business avoid this company they are crooks. She was rude as well.
