        Customer service is bad. Also the quality of product is not top notch . Their representatives have too much attitude. Toto brand simply blows Kohler out for its quality. Toto all the way.

        I needed to verify colors for my current toilets. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Paul knew a 25 year old color from the top of his head. If you need anything Kohler this is the place!! Thanks again
