We were in a car accident for the first time almost three weeks ago.  Kevin has not reached out once, not returned my phone calls and no response to my emails.  If I could give negative stars I would.  After this case is closed we will be going back to State Farm.

Love this insurance and love our Agent, Jamie Holm. Haven't met anyone else in the office but that's only because the one time we needed to go in Jamie rearranged her day on a Saturday to get my husband and I all set up. Since then she's been spot on with everything, helped us with quotes for homeowners insurance - all via phone and email. She makes everything so easy!
Really enjoying the drivewise safe driver check we just got in the mail and the discount we get for having it!
Never going to change insurance (well maybe if Jamie leaves).
