I have been with Country Mutual for over 20 years. They kept increasing my insurance. It got to the point where I went shopping for new insurance. When I contacted them that I would be cancelling my insurance with them, I was told they had a new program which could save me more money on my insurance. Why didn't they do that for me to begin with. I told them to cancel my insurance on the first of the month so that I would not have to pay another premium with them. I did not realize that my insurance was deducted on the 27 of each month. That is when I paid my new insurance company their premium. So country charged me $50.09 for 3 days of coverage. When I called them they let me know that I was billed on the 27th of each month. Why didn't they tell me that the first time I called which was on the 27th of the month. I was already covered by State Farm at that time.I am saving over $1,200 per year through  State Farm. You would think that country could have done that for a 20 year loyal customer.

It was pleasure to meet Chris and to have a good rates, but They didn't respond to my request the same way that they have an excellent customer service.
