So I had an issue with furnace not always going on when it should. Ray's came and I told him the error code I was getting and what the problem. He looked at it and said it needs a cleaning. He completed the cleaning and left the house within 35 minutes. I was charged $326.00 for 35 minutes work to clean it, no new parts all labor. That's about 500.00 per hour for just labor to clean furnace. To me that seems excessive. Am I wrong? Ray thinks that is fair. I did call them to dispute the amount and got nowhere.

Repair tech screwed a hole into pvc pipe when replacing thermostat causing $3500 in water damage to my home. Called back multiple times and was never connected with any kind of manager. Contacted the BBB and attorney general STILL no response. So frustrating. Do not give this place your business! Service: HVAC system maintenance

I'm so glad I found Ray's Heating and Cooling Company. They are so nice and professional, and they really helped me out when I needed a new furnace. They were able to get me in right away, and they were able to fix my problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new furnace!

I've been using Ray's Heating Cooling Company for a few years now and I'm always pleased with the service that they provide. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always show up on time, which is important when you're dealing with hot water systems!
