Great experience, from start to finish. I reached out via their website and they responded almost immediately. I had questions, they answered them. I called to schedule and they were very flexible. They communicated very well leading up to the service, which was to install a smart thermostat. Their service person showed up on time, installed it quickly but wasn't rushed; instead, they took the time to explain what was going to happen, answered my questions thoroughly, and was courteous the whole time. I would recommend this company to friends without hesitation.

% Star recently put a new boiler in for us and did a great job. Adam and Christian installed it efficiently and were friendly and knew what they were doing.
I want to particularly mention Marty- a technician who assessed our needs before installation and returned afterwards to make it work well. WE found him vastly knowledgeable and brilliant - could not recommend Marty more highly

Five Star installed our furnace 15 years ago and continues to provide regular check ups. We are very happy with the companys service and the knowledge of the technicians who come out. We had our furnace go out due to a faulty igniter. Jimmy, the tech, came out right away and fixed it on a Saturday morning as soon as we realized the house was not warming up. He explained what he was doing, was very personable, and explained a little about heat pumps, which we have been thinking about installing when this furnace reaches its end of life. Great, quick, knowledgeable service at a fair price!
