I've been to most popular gyms throughout the past few years and the one thing that makes all the difference in achieving your fitness goals is having the right coach/trainer and Will is that trainer! He's made such a difference that when he started coaching at this F45 location closer to my house I switched gyms. He's encouraging and motivating, you never feel pressured or intimidated and his energy is contagious. Him and Daniella make a tough workout feel like your greatest achievement of the day. I like the option they have of joining challenges which include meal plans to help you achieve your goals faster, especially when I've slacked a bit and need the extra help/motivation to get back on track. Another thing that makes it feel different than your average workout place are the outings they have once a month, not to mention the events/fundraisers they do to help give back to the community. So if you're looking for something different other than a gym full of equipment where you don't always know what routine to do or where you have to change your routine because of the lack of equipment this is definitely your place!!!
