        Hello, so I made an appointment over last weekday and was told I would be able to make an appointment using my insurance. However, on the day of my exam (a week later) I proactively called the employee/receptionist. Which the receptionist then told me that they do not take my insurance. Which during the first call I stressed multiple times that I have insurance as well as provided my date of birth. I took off of work and was very upset with their communication. Their solution was to come in for an exam for $85 this is just the typical first inspection. Triple check your insurance because they wont let you know until its to late.
