I can't say enough about the great work and service of Archadeck. It's been almost 6 years since they built a lovely sun porch, deck and patio pavers at my home. I recently had a small issue with some under stair lighting on the deck and I called them to see if they could repair. They responded immediately. Had a repair person out and actually did not even charge me for the service call. Pictures don't do justice to my lovely sun porch. Family and friends rave about it too. Thank you Archadeck team! We just had a new deck designed and installed by Archadeck and we are incredibly happy with the results. Our initial consultations with Lane were informative and productive, and Archadeck's ability to quickly pivot from a patio project to a wood deck design ended up giving us a wonderful outdoor space even better than we initially envisioned. The communication with them is outstanding, the construction crew extremely efficient and courteous, and all of our dealings throughout the project have been very positive. They were very responsive when we had any questions or issues, and their design suggestions made for a beautiful deck. My husband and I reached out to Archadeck in the hope of possibly using them for our upcoming deck project. We had seen many positive reviews and felt they could be a good fit. Our initial conversation with the receptionist was pleasant, but when we received a call back from Kristen we were incredibly disappointed. She was very rude and condescending on the phone. We stayed polite as we answered her tone-filled questions about our project, but eventually felt that we did not want to pursue working with them. We've already reached out to another local decking company and set up a time for them to come see our project with no issues and dealt with very friendly, helpful staff.

The team was tremendous. My porch screen tore after a recent storm and I reached out to Archadeck and they immediately reached back out to me to set up an appointment to come out and repair the screen. They kept me informed and as promised, the team arrived to repair my screen. They were both very professional and respectful. I highly recommend Archadeck! Service: Porch construction

The project started off with the idea of replacing a 36 year old deck with a combo screened in porch & small deck. Our design consultant Kristin worked up the initial designs and presented to the city. The city limited our options to the point where we then choose a fully screened in porch because of all the their restrictions.
Kristin and staff with their flexibility and experience redesigned plans with full visibility at all decision points, options, lead times and costs.
The construction team headed by Christian outlined the work plan, clearly explained what and why they approached various aspects and unique situations and were very patient with my many questions. The quality of work was top notch, as confirmed by our close friend & neighbor whose knowledgeable of construction. Their office support thru emails & phone calls would keep us posted of all the daily activity and lead times.
Christian & team was promptly at the site 7:00AM every day and kept the site clean daily.
Thought it took more time than we ever envisioned before we started discussions with Kristin due to city restrictions, Covid & some supply chain delays, overall timelines were achieved and costs came within budget.
We anticipate using our 3 season porch throughout most of the year.
