If I could go above 5 stars, I would. We were totally lost and had 2 "top notch" data recovery services look at our Hard Drive - both came back telling us there was no chance of recovery, which was devestating as due to a mix-up this was our only copy of a client's very important footage. Enter Digilab and Andrey who saved us in every possible way. I can't thank them enough for their effort and determination to find answers where others turn back and give up. If you want a company that cares about your data recovery as much as you do, Digilab is as good as it gets as far as I'm concerned. Thank you so much for everything.

Andrey was able to recover data that we thought was totally lost after we had sent it to another lab that was unable to get it off a damaged drive. He was very courteous, responsive and the price very reasonable and I completely recommend them.

I can't thank these guys enough. They made my year.
My hard drive crashed which had some super important photos for a client. I went to a couple reputable recovery specialists and they couldn't find the photos. I was desperate, and I did so more digging on the internet and found these guys. Mind you I'm coming from California.
Not only were they able to recover the photos I was looking for, they found so much more, more than the other specialists could. They were also fast, up front, and communicated well. Working with them was a breeze.

They are the best. If you have a drive problem try to keep calm and let them solve.
I rarely leave reviews but I do it to thank the DigiLab and also to help people who may be struggling with a hard drive problem.
I lost extremely valuable data. 10/10 stressful situation. I researched for days and talked with many experts about what may be the best service available in the US and everything pointed to the Digilab. I read reviews of them solving problems that others couldn't. Going with them was one of the best decisions I've taken in my life.
I cannot thank them enough, they were not only up to their reputation but they also went far beyond my expectations in every step of the process and the cost was more than fair.
I had a hardware drive failure. They solved it incredibly fast and not only recovered my full data but also communicated with me during the whole process and made good plans and suggestions for the best approach.
I got some target files the same day I sent the drive and my problem was solved. The Next day the bootable disk, image, everything was ready to send.
It was incredible to end this nightmare. I finally could sleep, I had so much stress and it's all gone. I wish other services in life were as good as this.

Loosing data stored on external data can be extremely painful. This happened to me when a less than year old 4TB external hard drive (WD Passport) stopped working. It had a lot of photos that I had taken over past 12-15 years. I tried multiple local data recovery companies with no success. However, Digilab was able to recover the data in a very short time. Right from the first email answering questions, till the last email to verify the data, Andrey was very responsive and professional. Data recovery is expensive, but in this case, I was willing to pay the price as I had a lot to loose. Everything was handled via email and I was very apprehensive about it initially. But I'm glad I went with Digilab. Right from providing shipping labels and invoices, everything was handled very professionally. I definitely recommend Andrey and Digilab.
