Heritage Manor

I've owned a unit here for 20+ years and overall it is a nice place. My townhouse faces a beautiful green courtyard and I have a small fenced yard which is hard to find in a townhouse. There is a nice pool, beautiful pond with swans. There have been issues finding a good onsite management company and the Board has been switching trying to find the best fit. The Board is tough with the rules but that is to protect the property values--people can be very dirty and inconsiderate if allowed. Board is great about keeping reserves and maintaining the common spaces with scheduled maintenance. Monthly fees have been reasonable, Parking is tight, but you have at least one garage and one driveway space. The problem comes in when there are too many people living in a unit and they don't have anyplace to put their cars.

This association very rude . I rent the house but i cant park on my parkway .. they Towed my car 3 times in 3 months. I rent the house 3 rooms but I cant not have 3 cars . Thats no sense !!!! They need all my 3 cars registered. 3 id . 3 driver change the address to be this place.(( ( what a joke ) . Like changing my grandma and grandma to my mom and my dad and me , sister, brother and everyone from my family to this place??? )) THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOVERMEN TO MAKE WHOS LIVE HERE TO CHANGE ALL THE INFORMATION OF THE ADDRESS. YOU cannot have GUEST over even day or night. No parking even on the street. The towed company Northwestrecover all ways drive around 24/24 just to tow any car they can get away . LIFE IS TO SHORT TO RUED THE ORTHER LIFE :(

I think it is a time to hire another another association company for the community! Home owners are paying at least $295 and they force homeowners to buy stickers for overnight parking! I have been the homeowner with different associations and none of them was charging for the stickers!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a complete joke. AVOID at all costs. The parking situation is awful. Alot of people get towed and they force you to pay $10 per each overnight parking permit. They also are very eager to fine any unit as frequently as they would like. STAY AWAY!

This is a great place to live and very family oriented. It is very well-maintained. It is surrounded by many single family homes And parks
