Bought a Volkswagen Passat here and ever since we took it off the lot it had issues. My husband took it back here a couple times to get fixed, but it always had something g brand new happening after being fixed. Once we took it to someone else for maintenance it was much better, but ended up needing a new transmission. Had it for less than 2 years and didnt really get to enjoy it.

Bought a truck "as is" from them. I was told that it ran well. Turns out it was rusted all to hell oknthe underneath. Engine only had 87k miles so I figured I'd fix it up and have a good truck. Things kept breaking every week or so. Paid $7000 and expected a vehicle that would at least stay together for more than 5 days, I was wrong.
After investing $4000 in repairs I went back two months later and they said "we don't buy old rusty vehicles". They become rude and careless to the situation and wouldn't even buy it back for any price. They sold me a lemon and didn't care to make things right.
I have seen people do dirty deals privately but I never imagined Duffy Auto would treat me like that. They got my $7000 but won't see another penny from me again.

Poor customer service. My husband went to look at a truck, the salesman just walked up shaking his head and rudely says help yourself.

Evidently an oil change is an extremely difficult process for todays techs. Lets do the math... My brothers jeep takes 7 quarts, he gives them them 10 quarts, gets back 2 quarts. Suspicious about the math, we check the stick and it entirely overflowed.
I empty the extra out to the proper level, now I have engine codes and lifter tic, thank you very much. UN REAL.

Have a suv not even a day and engine light pops on. they werent even courteous to fix a tire sensor and I was in need of a vehicle for my family thanks to a wreck. Apparently they wipe out engine codes nice people scratchy sales
