        I had a similar experience with the staff. I had a problem on a Friday and they basically laughed at me. The people in the office should really consider other career options. They obviously don't care about you and can not be bothered.

        Everything went smoothly. The staff were all helpful and kept a light positive atmosphere. The location in La Salle is the complete opposite. Glad to have went to ottawa!

        This place looked at me like I was scum because I ask if they took IlliniCare (Medicaid). After I told them that my insurance said they would approve it without the office having to sign up for anything. Sorry that I cant afford top of the line insurance out of my pocket!
