        Exceeded expectations. Staff wonderful, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, nice breakfast, great location. Were very accommodating to my needs!!! They care about their hotel. Great job all around!!! Rooms: Clean, warmed up before getting to room, nice room amenities, and very comfortable bed and pillows. Safety: Was on the bottom floor near the front desk. Felt very safe. Walkability: Nice area. Could take a walk nearby. Food & drinks: Coffe in lobby always and fresh water or hot cocoa.

        My technicians stayed at this location for 2 nights on a one week work trip and they were NOT happy. The property is in need of more than just an update. Everything is filthy. My team stayed on the 2nd floor with equipment and bags they had to bring in with them and there's NO ELEVATOR!! The rooms stink. The carpet is old and nasty. No breakfast, no coffee, not clean....just not worth the stop at all. We will NEVER return to this location. I hate to leave negative reviews, but we are so unhappy with this stay, we had to tell someone! Choicehotels will also receive our unsatisfactory review.
