Taylor was extremely helpful in guiding us as the choices were overwhelming. We loved all of the sofa choices and couldnt believe how quickly they will be delivered. She was a no pressure saleswoman and very knowledgeable. We definitely will be buying more furniture in the near future. We are returning customers to the Flexsteel brand .

Horrible experience. New to town and the day we closed on our new house we walked over to purchase new bedroom furniture. This was in July and in January we finally got the full set. Called multiple times with no answers or help, never received any reasons for delay, and never received an apology. If I wanted bad service and long wait times, I would have went somewhere else.

I was looking for a new recliner and Tracy was very helpful sending me pictures and prices I found one that I liked and she told me they would deliver it to my house and I didn't have to come into the store. I have bought a lot of furniture from Turks and will continue to shop there. Thank you Tracy.

Julie was fantastic with helping us find our living room set! My husband & I sat in EVERY piece of furniture in the store before making a decision Julie gave us space, but was there to answer any questions. She was so great about helping us pick out end tables, an ottoman, & a sofa table to go with our living room furniture! She ran numbers & helped us decide how much to put down to get the best deal (Im pretty sure we are a sales person nightmare ) but Julie never pressured us to hurry.. AND when our ottoman didnt get delivered with the rest, Julie made sure that our payments would not start until the ottoman (meaning ALL the stuff we bought) was delivered. I didnt even have to ask for that, Julie had already taken care of it! We are Turk furniture customers for life, and we will always seek Julies help!

My sales person ( Tracy ) was wonderful. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant and easy to work with in my quest for a new mattress. The store was very well organized and looked very clean.
