Bought a washer from here about a year ago and its been nothing but problems. The machine shakes back and forth terribly. The machine is level. Our floor is level. Ive tried doing smaller loads. Ive tried different settings. No matter what it shakes back and forth. I would never buy from here again.

Always a great experience here. Quick delivery for a very reasonable price. I have purchased on numerous occasions, the warranty is great though its even better when you dont have to use it. I have yet to have a single appliance give me issues. The Appliances have always shown up clean and perfect working order as expected.

Im honestly upset that I have spent money here. I bought a washer here about 3 years ago & it recently needed serviced. Upon purchasing, I was told I had a lifetime warranty & to get ahold of them anytime it needed fixed. I called earlier in the week & the man I spoke to told me he would give me a call back in a few minutes with a price quote. Two DAYS pass so I try to call again, left a voicemail & sent a message via Facebook. I got a response through Facebook & he eventually stopped replying. I even asked if he could point me in the right direction to get the washer serviced after it seemed like he wasnt going to help me. Extremely unprofessional in my book.
