So happy with the work that Buffalo Roofing did on my chimney! We had ice damming from the storms in January and got a leak in our chimney that caused damage inside our home as well. They came out right away and helped me with getting coverage from my insurance company. Eric was a FANTASTIC communicator and so very helpful to make sure we understood everything - he came by to match siding and made the process seamless. I am happy with the work and experience. I will use them again if ever needed in the future and will recommend to anyone! Thank you!

Justin @ Buffalo did a tremendous job defining the scope of the project and working with our insurance company for supplemental payments when our skylights needed to be replaced in addition to the roof. Had hail damage in 2023 on our house. Storm chasers knocking every day on our door. I opted to go for a local company because they have a reputation to defend vs a storm chaser who may do the job and disappear. I found Buffalo Roofing with excellent reviews. From the first phone call, they were a delight. Pleasant on the phone, honest up front when they came to look at the house, and did all the work for you with the insurance company. We did a roof amd all new siding. It looks amazing! They were quick, professional, and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

After dealing with a different contractor who ghosted us when our insurance was giving us a difficult time in approving full replacement, Buffalo's Rep Justin was patient and explained the different approaches that we could take to get there. My insurance was difficult and made sure we took each route, but in the end we were approved and have a beautiful and solid new roof that we were even able to upgrade for a reasonable price. Easy to work with and responsive to questions without me feeling put down, we would use them again.
