About eight months ago, we switched over to using Tom as our insurance agent, as our previous agent was no longer working for Farmers Insurance. We could not have made a better decision. We did not have a chance to sit down with Tom to discuss our policies since the switch. A couple of weeks ago, Asfia called me. She was very proactive in helping us greatly reduce the costs of our policies while simultaneously increase our liability limits. She was very professional and thorough, which in turn made working with her a pleasure. We highly recommend Thomas Bentley and his team. Outstanding.

There are two times in a relationship with an insurance company that are critical; when you are buying the insurance and when you need to use the insurance. Most insurance companies offer much the same products at around the same price. Not the same for the agent. You really need someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Tom and his team meet these criteria. I could tell during our first meeting that I had found the agency I wanted to give my business. I havent regretted my choice.

Great experience working with Jennifer Brody. I called and spoke to her about getting a quote on bundling our auto and home policies. I informed her I was shopping around and looking to save money but not trying to skimp on coverage. She got back to me within a day with a quote that surpassed my current company and the 2 other companies I got quotes from with equal or better coverage. Saved me a lot of $. I have already referred her to a colleague.
