Drc Basements

Darren finished our basement over the winter of 2014. We built out 1500 sqft complete with living room, weight room, laundry room, full kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom. We were given a 3D rendering of the finished basement before we began the work, which was great, cuz we did end up changing things after seeing it. Let me simply say, Darren and his employees were incredible with their details, craftsmanship and follow up and through. We built a full in-law living space for my mother in law and it is wonderful. The finished product is better than we expected, and that's because Darren kept guiding us throughout the project and giving us his opinions, which turned out to be priceless. I'd recommend Darren and DRC Basement to any of my friends and family.

DRC did a fantastic job on our basement. I've been completely impressed with the quality of craftsmanship in every aspect of the job. We had nearly 1000 sq ft finished including a service bar and built-in shelves. They were up-front, very honest, very friendly, and very easy to talk to throughout the entire process. His quote was also very reasonable. Throughout the construction they were extremely responsive to every question and request I had. We communicated mostly through email and I always had a response within a couple hours. Any extra question or concern I had was always addressed quickly and without issue. In addition to the contracted job, they went above and beyond to find two existing issues with our house and fixed them without additional charge. Another thing we liked is virtually all the the work is done by the owner of the company, the same guy who gives the you estimate/contract. You do not have a series of subcontractors cycling through your house over the course of the construction. It seems like all too often you sign a contract of work, never see the 'salesman' again, and are stuck with a clueless crew. That scenario is non-existent with DRC. DRC keeps the communication simple, straightforward, and easy. I would (and will) recommend DRC to anyone looking to finish a basement. You will not be disappointed!
