Called ahead aof time for a high mileage oil change and they only accept walk ins. Arrived there with no line Sunday afternoon at 1PM and was welcomed with a very professional gentleman who guided me to the bay. Damon approached my car and was very polite and well-mannered and asked the preliminary questions of my visit. After he explained my options very clearly, I went ahead and approved the service. I didn't need to exit the vehicle and just waited in the car while they performed their services. After about 10 minutes, another gentleman, Mahdee was very courteous and explained all the charges and took my payment AND reset my oil maintenance light, all the while I was in my vehicle! Talk about white glove service and feeling like a VIP! Would totally recommend this location for your basic car maintenance needs. Kudos to Damon and Mahdee for their wonderful and professional demeanors thoughout the time spent there! Delta Sonic, please give them kudos for their efforts, especially on a Sunday afternoon!

Unfortunately its NOT unlimited- they increased my monthly charge by $7 more based on how much its used. They didnt even try to keep us as customers- lady on the phone was not very helpful. Transferring my services to a nearby competitor
